Nightmare clinic with zero patient care or support

Update: Submitted medication request online to circumvent calling issues -> only partial prescription fulfilled. Despite lifelong asthma, one inhaler remains absent from my repeat prescription, with the surgery inexplicably refusing to add it. Received SMS prompting clinic contact about inhaler -> phone lines completely inaccessible. (Administrative team's phone rings endlessly, reception line perpetually busy, refusing to even queue callers). Absolutely impossible to accomplish anything via telephone. What an utterly ineffective clinic. Phone lines are perpetually jammed. The practice shuts down between 1 and 2pm for lunch. Their automated system is completely non-functional. Staff consistently display irritated, curt, and passive-aggressive behaviors. Several GPs at this practice demonstrate near-total professional incompetence. Attempting to secure an appointment, order repeat prescriptions, or utilize any service is fundamentally futile. The entire operation is embarrassingly dysfunctional - it requires complete systemic overhaul from leadership down. Absolutely disgraceful.
