Nightmare customer service with impossible phone queue

Getting through to a receptionist is like playing a high-stakes game of chance. You're forced to start dialing at 7:59 AM, and from there, it's pure luck. I've already made 204 attempts this morning, and I'm still desperately trying to get through.
