Nightmare experience with bmc medical appointment system

Attempting to secure a medical consultation at BMC was an exercise in futility over five grueling days. After enduring a three-hour wait, I finally connected with a receptionist through a callback, only to be sent a link for an online consultation. Bizarrely, three hours later, I received a message advising me against using the online service and instructing me to phone for an appointment if unwell. I then spent 45 minutes in a phone queue, only to be told it was all a mistake, but I would need to call back the following morning to potentially schedule an appointment. The decline of this medical practice is shocking; it was once excellent upon opening but now appears completely chaotic. The current state of this surgery is absolutely unacceptable - it's no longer serving its purpose and should be shut down, with its funding redirected to more competent healthcare providers!
