Nightmare gp practice with terrible receptionist service

The absolute worst general practice imaginable. Dying seems more appealing than attempting to get any help. There's this particular receptionist everyone registered here instantly knows exactly who I mean, without me even describing her. I'm terrified of interacting with her and silently hope I won't encounter her during calls or visits. This specific employee is monumentally unhelpful, radiating rudeness through her non-verbal communication (and barely speaking anyway), completely ineffective at handling any requests. Her primary skill appears to be announcing when the surgery is closed for lunch. I've tried requesting assistance both via phone and in-person, and she's consistently dismissed me without offering any meaningful clinical support. My telehealth consultations are perpetually rescheduled, forcing me to constantly chase confirmations - I've essentially surrendered trying. Now I actively avoid my GP because dealing with this incompetent team is exponentially more stressful. Despite understanding healthcare's challenges from my own professional experience, these staff are simply careless, abrupt, and painfully slow at accomplishing anything. Their dismal attitude towards patient care and communication is inexcusable. I genuinely hope significant staffing changes occur.
