Nightmare gp practice with zero patient care

I've encountered the most terrible GP practice imaginable. Following a life-threatening surgical procedure, I've been attempting to secure an appointment for a week with zero success. I've submitted two online requests, and not a single response has arrived. When you call at 8:29, they claim to be closed. At 08:30, they abruptly hang up, declaring themselves fully booked. This morning, I was 18th in the queue when I called. After an excruciating 57-minute wait, I finally connected, only to be told appointments are unavailable, with no opportunity to speak with anyone. I've now been on hold for 1 hour and 10 minutes, listening to repetitive music. Every three minutes, they prompt me about the call's purpose. Selecting appointments repeatedly confirms they're fully booked. It's physically impossible to schedule anything. As a new patient who registered just last week, I haven't even managed to communicate with anyone. If this situation doesn't resolve immediately, I'm coming in person, and they had better assist me. Otherwise, I'll escalate my complaint extensively, especially considering my recent surgery and their complete lack of compassion. From reading other reviews, this appears to be their standard practice. Absolutely disgraceful and completely unacceptable.
