Nightmare healthcare service with zero customer support

I've been stuck on hold as the first caller for three-quarters of an hour with zero response. This is even more frustrating considering I had already attempted contact from another phone line and was technically ahead in the queue. Their level of incompetence is staggering. The staff were completely unable to provide accurate information and seemed oblivious to a recent appointment that had already been scheduled. During a dementia review, the locum physician ludicrously claimed my family member couldn't have dementia simply because of her age, despite her having a confirmed diagnosis for over a decade. I strongly advise against using this service. The receptionists are not just unhelpful, but actively rude and dismissive, consistently failing to communicate correct details. When seeking an occupational therapy assessment, we were bizarrely given a contact number and reference code for an unrelated business in a different area, which had no knowledge of our referral. Absolutely avoid this service. These systemic problems have been persistently occurring for years without improvement.
