Nightmare healthcare with terrible customer service

Terrible experience from start to finish. Every single call means being stuck in a queue for a quarter of an hour, only to encounter dismissive front desk staff who seem more like barriers than helpers. The scheduling is equally frustrating - when you finally connect, they propose appointments so far in the future (5-6 weeks) that it feels like they're playing a waiting game, hoping your issue resolves itself or you simply give up. To make matters worse, attempting to voice your legitimate concerns through their online complaint system is futile - the form automatically rejects your submission as spam, effectively silencing patient feedback. If a zero-star rating were possible, I'd select it without hesitation. STEER CLEAR OF THIS MEDICAL PRACTICE
