Nightmare journey through broken healthcare system

I've been struggling to obtain my medication for more than four months. Initially, the pharmacy claimed they hadn't received my psychiatrist's referral letter. During my second inquiry, I had deteriorated to the point of being bedridden and forced to resign from my job due to mental health challenges, only to be told there was no record of my psychiatric referral. A few days later, I was finally prescribed medication, but then discovered the pharmacy didn't have my prescription. I encountered an extremely unhelpful receptionist who dismissively provided me with a code and essentially dismissed my concerns. Upon presenting the code to the pharmacy, I learned that the medication dosage I was prescribed doesn't even exist. I'm now left in limbo, with nothing more than a vague promise of a potential callback and a suggestion that my GP might be informed. No concrete steps, no resolution, no support.
