Nightmare medical centre with impossible appointment system

If you're searching for the most subpar medical facility in London, Parkside Medical Centre would undoubtedly top the list. Their refusal to implement an improved telephone triage and appointment system is appalling, and they've now resorted to using the Evergreen App as a means to restrict patient access to medical care. All appointments are supposedly booked through the app at 8am, but at that time, no appointments are actually available, and they persistently refuse to answer phone calls. This morning, I relentlessly called 54 times between 7:58 and 8:07, briefly feeling hopeful when the phone rang twice, yet the reception staff still managed to avoid answering (the line remained perpetually engaged with no call waiting option). When eventually connected, they will undoubtedly claim no appointments are available, as is their standard practice. Steer clear of this practice! Without a doubt, they represent the most inadequate GP service in Southwark.
