Nightmare medical experience with zero customer support

The surgical center is absolutely dreadful. Their communication is non-existent - getting someone on the phone is practically impossible, with wait times stretching to nearly half an hour. There's no way to actually speak with a live person. Their scheduling is equally frustrating, as they send appointment notifications with just a day's notice and expect patients to immediately rearrange their entire schedule. When I suffered a pelvic fracture, they even went so far as to cancel my ambulance transport, leaving me completely stranded.
