Nightmare phone system traps patients in despair

The medical practice's customer service is abysmal. Attempting to reach them by phone during the 8:30 AM free-for-all is nearly impossible. You'll need to set aside 2-3 hours just to keep redialing. Anyone with a job can forget about getting through. By mid-afternoon, all appointments are gone, and you're simply told to try again at 8:30 the next morning. This endless cycle plunges you into a pit of frustration. The practice was far more functional when it was a small, cramped six-room facility on the High Street. It's a prime example of how supposed "progress" can be a complete failure. I'm so exasperated that I joke I want "I tried to get through" engraved on my gravestone.
