Securing a medical appointment here is an exercise in frustration. Frequently, you're met with the disheartening message that the queue has reached capacity, forcing you to try again later. On the rare occasion you actually connect with staff, you're subjected to an invasive interrogation about your health condition by the receptionist, who acts as an additional barrier to obtaining medical assistance. If you follow their instruction to call back, you're not offered a scheduled appointment for another day, but instead redirected to repeat the same stressful morning queue ritual. This approach is clearly designed to benefit the practice, suggesting they've either overcommitted to patient numbers or are critically understaffed with medical professionals, with little regard for patient comfort or convenience.
