Nightmare reception destroying patient healthcare experience

If I could award zero stars, I absolutely would. The front desk personnel are incredibly discourteous! They constantly respond with 'sorry, no slots available, please ring back tomorrow at 8am' - and when I dutifully call at 8am and wait in a lengthy queue, I'm met with the identical dismissive response! The situation is so dire that I believe this medical practice deserves regulatory intervention and potential shutdown. The reception team desperately requires comprehensive training in basic customer interaction and interpersonal communication! While the clinical staff remain consistently pleasant, I've been effectively prevented from seeing a physician for half a decade due to the appointment booking nightmare. I'm reduced to internet-based self-diagnosis and over-the-counter medication management. I cannot overemphasize how abysmal their customer service truly is. URGENT REQUEST: Invest in proper customer service training and fundamental human interaction skills for your front desk staff.
