Extremely unsatisfactory healthcare assistance The general practitioner recommended a medication that cannot be sourced at any local pharmacy, nor is it available for special order. When I attempted to contact the GP to modify the prescription, they mistakenly issued an adult dosage for a pediatric patient. I was compelled to reach out again. Their communication is abysmal - the phone line consistently claims I'm "first in queue" for an interminable 10 minutes. If I patiently wait with the phone muted, they suddenly answer and disconnect before I can unmute. Repeated attempts yield the identical frustrating experience, with the queue message persisting for up to 15 minutes.
