Turned up early for appointment. No parking. Tried calling on phone waited 15 mins. Finally got a space. By this time 8 mins late. Man in front asking about registering struggling a bit with language barrier. Receptionist ignored me while I was obviously waiting to check in. I had to interrupt aware I was a bit late. Was told minutes later will have to reschedule now.
Told to maybe come a bit earlier next time! Errrr I was early this time! Seems to think we patients have nothing else to do all day?
