Nurse couldn't answer mammogram screening question

I attended an appointment today for a routine review. When I asked about the recommended frequency for a particular screening procedure, the staff member was unable to provide an answer. I felt this was information they should have been familiar with. Additionally, there appeared to be no record available of when I last had this screening done. It seems frustrating that different parts of the NHS don't appear to share information with each other. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience.
