The online system presented difficulties with password access, requiring multiple attempts to regain entry. When assistance was sought at reception, a replacement password was eventually provided, though the delay felt considerable. Setting aside this technical frustration, every other element of the service merits five stars. Considering the nature of a GP surgery and that patients typically attend when experiencing discomfort, the overall experience remains remarkably satisfying and pleasant. The staff throughout the practice demonstrate exceptional professionalism, the information provided is clear and helpful, medications are dispensed accurately on the first occasion, and even the ambient music during waiting periods contributes positively to the atmosphere. The clinical team members are notably professional yet approachable, demonstrating genuine interest in patient concerns and taking time to listen carefully. There is a strong sense of confidence in the care provided, and the entire practice deserves recognition and appreciation for the daily support they offer to patients and their families.
