It appears unclear whether the online booking system is actively utilised. I was advised to call back at 08:00 the next morning, which coincides with a busy time when many people are preparing for work. This timing presents a challenge for working individuals seeking to book appointments. The appointment booking process could benefit from being more accessible and user-friendly.
