Online booking system became frustratingly complicated

The surgery previously offered an online booking system where patients could select their preferred appointment time and healthcare provider from available slots, which worked well. They have since introduced a new system designed to manage appointment capacity more efficiently, and this appears to be achieving that goal. I attempted to use it today but found the process frustrating, with what felt like excessive questioning, so I abandoned the attempt and will call to book instead. The overall experience at the practice has declined noticeably since the departure of a key staff member.
