Online booking system doesn't work properly

Introduced an online service that appears inadequately designed to manage patient access. The system assumes older patients can easily navigate a poorly constructed website that frequently has data entry issues. This approach seems to prioritise operational convenience rather than patient needs. If patient care were the priority, the service would be available around the clock to accommodate those with standard working hours. The in-person service quality has also been disappointing when access is eventually obtained.
