Online booking system leaves month-long waits

The online appointment booking system is extremely frustrating, with waiting times of at least a month, and you still need to call first thing in the morning to check for any available slots. The process feels inefficient. During the consultation, the clinician spent much of the time providing explanations and maintaining an upbeat demeanor, but much of this felt disconnected from my actual concerns. Rather than listening carefully and asking targeted questions in a measured way, this approach meant I wasn't able to discuss or raise half of the issues I had come to address. I was also informed that only one issue can be covered per appointment, which came as a surprise given the standard appointment length. I don't usually leave reviews, but I'm questioning whether it's worth returning to this practice, as the experience felt unproductive.
