Online booking system makes appointments impossible

Since the transition to the online system, the service has deteriorated significantly. It appears that reception staff have been directed to discourage phone contact and direct all patients toward the digital platform. The online booking system frequently reaches capacity and becomes unavailable. While the clinical staff are competent, accessing appointments or establishing communication proves extremely challenging. The overall experience has been frustrating and feels inadequately managed.
