Online form required before booking appointment

Disappointing experience at this medical practice. When I called to arrange an appointment, I was informed I needed to complete an online form first, followed by a telephone consultation the next day, with only a possible appointment at the surgery the day after. The reception team came across as unwelcoming during the phone call, and when I responded in kind, I felt there was an inconsistency in how the interaction was handled. I subsequently accessed private healthcare through my work insurance and received prompt attention with suitable treatment arranged. I have consistently struggled to secure appointments at this practice over an extended period.
