Online form response felt impersonal and cold

I felt let down by the current online consultation process required to access GP appointments. I have dealt with mental health challenges over an extended period. When I recently sought assistance and support, I completed the online form but only received a text message response directing me to alternative resources. I found myself missing the more personal approach of direct telephone communication between patient and healthcare provider during times of difficulty. This method of contact felt impersonal and lacking in compassion for someone in distress. Having been a long-term resident of the area, I recall the medical centre providing a higher standard of care previously, and I have noticed a decline in the quality of service since then.
