Online messaging beats the phone queue here

I recently registered as a temporary patient while staying in the area following the birth of my child. The clinician I saw was very pleasant and helpful. The practice also arranged my baby's health check and vaccination through text message, which meant I didn't need to make a phone call. The online messaging system has been effective for my needs so far. While there seem to be some difficulties with reaching the practice by telephone, I've found that using the online messaging service results in a prompt response. Overall, I've been very satisfied with my experience.
