Online requests answered quickly but lacking proper consultations

The new online request form works really well! I've submitted numerous requests and they typically receive responses within a few hours. However, I'm concerned that in the majority of cases, I'm receiving medication recommendations without having a consultation or speaking to anyone directly. This raises some concerns about patient safety protocols. If this happens for minor matters, I wonder what the approach might be for more serious health concerns. My children have received diagnoses for various conditions entirely through telephone conversations without in-person assessments. It feels like there's a lack of thorough patient care in some instances, which has affected my confidence in the practice overall.
