Online requests ignored and closed without answers

This practice has significant issues with communication and patient care. Messages submitted through the online system appear to go unanswered or are dismissed without resolution. Medication adjustments seem to occur without prior discussion with patients. Appointments are scheduled without proper notification. The clinical staff can come across as dismissive and condescending, often interrupting patients and failing to address their concerns adequately. When practitioners are disengaged, they simply disengage further rather than attempting to help. Overall, this is an unsatisfactory place to receive care.
