Online requests marked complete without being addressed

I don't normally leave one-star reviews and have had no issues with any other staff at the practice—they've all been excellent. However, I feel compelled to express my disappointment with the unprofessional standards I've experienced with a particular staff member. According to the practice's policy, if you need a fit sick note, the procedure is to submit a request online through the designated portal. Despite following this procedure multiple times, this staff member has marked my requests as "complete" without actually addressing them. This has led to confusion and delays, leaving me with no option but to contact the GP directly and arrange an appointment. This situation has been incredibly frustrating, especially when the system is in place to make things easier for patients. It's disappointing on multiple levels, and I am really tired of dealing with the lack of professionalism from this individual. I sincerely hope this issue is addressed, as it's impacted my experience and added unnecessary stress to an already difficult time.
