Online system cuts off mid-message during window

I found the online consultation service to be frustrating due to its limited availability window. The service can only be accessed between 07:30-10:00 am, which I felt was inconvenient as my request was interrupted when the system closed while I was in the middle of composing a detailed message to my GP at 09:50. I questioned why the system cannot operate around the clock with requests being queued for review. Having an online service with such a narrow timeframe seems impractical, particularly for those managing work commitments, school schedules, and morning travel during those hours.
