Online system drove me crazy

I've attempted to utilize the new digital platform twice now, but each time I've abandoned it and returned to the traditional phone-based approach, even if it means enduring lengthy wait times. Despite being 77, I consider myself tech-savvy, yet I find this new system unnecessarily convoluted. (My suspicion is that the system was deliberately designed to discourage elderly patients from engaging with the surgery 😂😂😂)
