Online triage system doesn't work for working patients

I had a positive experience with this practice previously, but since they implemented their new online triage system, I've encountered difficulties. The system becomes available after my work begins and closes by the time I finish in the afternoon, making it impossible for me to access it. When I contacted the surgery to explain my situation and request an appointment through an alternative method, I received a response directing me back to the triage system. This approach appears to exclude patients who cannot reach the website during the limited morning availability window. I feel this system design may not have adequately considered the needs of all patients trying to book appointments.
