I've been a patient at Orchard Medical Practice since the mid-1990's, after experiencing serious medical issues with my previous doctor. What a transformative change! The staff here consistently strive to create a warm and welcoming environment. While I recognize that not every patient might feel the same due to their health circumstances, the team undeniably performs their duties exceptionally well. The reception staff, nurses, and doctors are consistently professional and compassionate. I genuinely feel valued as an individual, not just another patient going through a routine process. Though they haven't been perfect - and who is? - they demonstrate genuine integrity by acknowledging mistakes and learning from them. Booking and managing appointments couldn't be easier, with convenient online options like Patient Access and the 'My GP' mobile app. Appointments are readily available, and urgent cases can often secure same-day slots by calling after 8.00 am. Prescription management is seamless, with medications efficiently processed and typically ready for collection at the pharmacy within 48 hours. I'm consistently impressed by the healthcare professionals' commitment to patient care. They genuinely prioritize our health and well-being.
