Overpriced forms and terrible customer service nightmare

Steer clear of this medical centre. They demanded £144 just to complete some paperwork for my private health insurance. Despite having a referral from a GP at Bramingham Park Medical Centre, when I requested additional forms for Vitality Health to continue my private treatment, the receptionists first misunderstood my intent as a compensation claim and then informed me I'd need to pay £144 for form completion. The GP staff here are incredibly transient, creating a chaotic environment. The leadership appears completely unprofessional and incompetent. They're clearly unqualified to manage this practice and consistently frustrate patients with excessively long phone wait times. The reception staff are predominantly unhelpful (with Jenny being the sole exception). The management seems to hide away at Kingsway, seemingly doing nothing of value.
