Overpriced letter with terrible service from Jackie

Spent 50 pounds for a compensation injury letter, and they demanded payment upfront before even starting. After paying, they're now saying it'll take up to 28 days to complete. I urgently need this letter returned and sent out before the deadline. Paying 50 quid for just a few lines feels completely ridiculous. Jackie initially promised immediate action once payment was made, but now she's changing her story. Fifty pounds just to wait 28 days? Absolutely unacceptable. Based on other reviews, Jackie seems too unprofessional to work in any medical setting and should be removed from their team.
