Overwhelmed practice failing patients with substandard care

The Limes medical practice has an excessive patient load of 17,500 spread across just 2.5 general practitioners. Typically, a GP should handle between 1500-2000 patients, but this surgery far exceeds those recommended limits. Expectant mothers are being denied basic prenatal care, with staff directing them to call 111 for essential services like morning sickness medication and seasonal immunizations. This practice is fundamentally failing its community and should be shut down. Their continued operation while providing substandard healthcare is completely unacceptable. It is imperative that NHS England intervene and address these critical service deficiencies.
