Overwhelmed staff struggling with broken healthcare system

I consistently observe that the front desk personnel make every effort to secure an appointment. They shouldn't be blamed when available slots are fully booked. The issue lies with the current system that forces patients to line up externally at the medical center. Elderly individuals and those who are seriously unwell cannot stand in a physical queue, so their only alternative is to call. However, due to the high volume of people waiting and occupying both appointment slots and the reception staff's time, many are unable to successfully connect.
