Painful Leg, No Help from Surgery Staff

Extremely unhelpful reception team, experiencing intense leg pain that prevented mobility, I was instructed to schedule an appointment and told the doctor wouldn't make a house call. Forced to contact emergency services to reach the hospital, upon returning home, the doctor initially refused to visit despite my bedridden condition. Only after a phone call did they agree to come. Obtaining pain medication refills became an arduous struggle before my current prescription expired. I've reached my limit and am absolutely switching medical practices. The reception staff, in my view, desperately require comprehensive retraining to properly assist patients enduring severe pain like myself.
