Paramedic misdiagnosis left me in serious pain

I am deeply frustrated with this medical practice and am seriously contemplating finding a new healthcare provider. While I rarely seek medical consultations, during the past three years, I've made three phone calls, and twice I was redirected to a paramedic physician. On both instances, I received incorrect diagnoses and was denied a face-to-face consultation. Subsequently, it was discovered that my symptoms were indicative of a more substantial medical condition. Consequently, I endured considerable pain on both occasions. Considering these distressing experiences, I am now seriously exploring the option of filing an official complaint with the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman.
