Paramedics Called, Still No GP Help

Getting an appointment at this practice is genuinely distressing. Yesterday, I had to contact 111 due to no available slots, which led to paramedics being dispatched to my home and consulting with my GP (even they remarked on how unacceptable this was). They suggested that since the GP was now aware of my situation, I should be able to discuss my concerns if necessary. This morning, I called at 8:45 hoping to speak with the GP or receive a callback, but they couldn't provide either option. The receptionist recommended sending an email, so I painstakingly composed a message while feeling extremely unwell, only to receive a response stating, "We no longer handle these requests via email; you must call the practice at 8:30 each morning..." It seems they are deliberately creating obstacles to discourage patients from seeking medical attention, which is absolutely absurd.
