Password sent to wrong address after update

My girlfriend attended for the first time as a new patient and provided a urine sample for testing, which subsequently went missing. During this initial appointment, the clinician indicated they had not reviewed her medical history from her previous practice. Despite this, she was prescribed medication based solely on her account of having taken it before. After updating her address with reception staff in person, she was sent login credentials to her old address due to a printer malfunction at the facility. This oversight meant she had to wait over two weeks for her next appointment. A prescription issued on a Friday contained two errors affecting the date and the number of doses, rendering it unusable. While the staff have been courteous, this friendliness does not compensate for these administrative and clinical errors, which negatively impacted her health. The service would not be recommended for urgent matters. The overall experience has been disappointing and fell short of expectations.
