Patchs portal fails at basic scheduling functionality

As a tech executive, I can confidently state that their client portal, Patchs, represents one of the most poorly designed scheduling tools I've encountered. The appointment booking process is remarkably inefficient. Typically, phone systems provide immediate interaction, allowing you to select an available time slot quickly and efficiently. However, these systems become useless when the office is closed. Email communication works during off-hours but lacks the immediacy of real-time scheduling. Patchs has somehow managed to combine the worst aspects of both methods with zero compensating advantages. It's neither real-time nor flexible, only functioning during standard office hours. Even as a basic workflow management system, it should be capable of accepting and queuing requests outside normal business hours. Ideally, it would enable booking of open slots during off-peak times. Implementing a simple Google Calendar or Calendly solution would be exponentially superior to the current Patchs platform.
