Healthcare professionals are commendable, but the organizational structure severely undermines their potential. It's virtually impossible for local residents or UK natives to secure an appointment at their own practice, as we've become an increasingly marginalized demographic. Just examine the profiles of those leaving positive feedback—doesn't that speak volumes? However, I've discovered a workaround. Sign up for Patient Access and request a repeat prescription. The prescription portal enables direct messaging to your GP, bypassing traditional channels. After unsuccessfully attempting to schedule an appointment for seven weeks, including repeated early morning calls, I simply left a message through Patient Access. Remarkably, my personal physician reached out to me that same day! This method is absolutely essential—it's the sole effective strategy for getting medical attention!!!
