Patient's frustration with Dr IQ app and GP service

Communicating with the GP through the Dr IQ app is an exercise in frustration. Attempting to secure an online consultation after 8 AM is often futile, as the GP's daily capacity is frequently exhausted by then. The process of obtaining repeat prescriptions is equally vexing. Despite assurances that medications will be available at the pharmacy within two business days, I've repeatedly found myself making fruitless trips only to discover that the GP has failed to send the prescription. This negligence is particularly concerning given that my medication requires continuous, uninterrupted use. Today's experience epitomizes the practice's apparent disregard for patient care. Rising at the crack of dawn to secure a 7 AM online consultation for a prescription renewal, I was met with a processed consultation devoid of any communication from the doctor. Left in limbo, my only recourse is to restart the entire process tomorrow, hoping for a different outcome. The cumulative effect of these experiences paints a picture of a GP practice that seems utterly indifferent to the well-being and convenience of its patients. The consistent lack of follow-through and communication has eroded any semblance of trust or reliability in their services.
