PEEL WORST GP EVER

I made an appointment for my teenager last week. The gp didn't even listen just kept pushing previous meds tried & failed. She also Failed to listen to my child & so I had to advocate for them. We Left with more questions than answers. At the end of the above appointment I'm ( mum) am asked to stay back while this gp starts talking about my health. Thus, Violating the reasonable adjustments previously placed. Therefore, Over stepping professional boundaries . I have submitted a first formal complaint about the above. As I have sent numerous e mails. Eg pleading for my requested reasonable adjustments. I had no choice but to reach out to PEEL again today about sedative meds prior to requiring urgent dental treatment. I explainned at 8.55 am. Reception Said they'll see & let me know. By 5pm. No call back .I called peel at 5pm. Was informed my request for a sedative was declined. But no one bothered to inform me. Was just left waiting ALL DAY in pain. So now I'm unable to seek urgent dental care. I did eventually speak to a gp who wasn't a great support. In the end he prescribed a anxiety medication Buspiripne however, this medication isn't even a sedative & takes weeks to even work for general anxiety. He said it would help, he either wasnt honest, fobbed me off or didnt have the knowledge. So now I'm left with no medication, & in severe dental pain. Maybe a side effect from new mh meds too. But This wasn't even explored. All this, Even though I'm classed as vulnerable & have numerous formal mh diagnosis & current difficulties. Gp also know i have a severe needle phobia too. Apparently this surgery can't prescribe sedatives for severe anxiety / needle phobic but my last GP had no issue. So TODAY/ SAME DAY I have NOW removed both my children from this practice. Not good enough at all. All trust now gone. I will stay because i won't be reaching out again. I now want to be left completely alone. & never have to speak to peel gps again. Despite all my issues. The 2 GPS i/ weve seen havent been the best. & after Only seing 2, but issues with both. That's enough for my children. The two Gps seen. Very little understanding, poor communication skills lack of patient support. Worst gp ever.
