Pharmacist dismissed asthma concerns during callback

I arranged a callback appointment due to a respiratory illness that had progressed to affect my chest. During the call, I received advice to use over-the-counter remedies, which I followed for approximately ten days. When I mentioned my respiratory condition, there was a disagreement about whether this applied to me. The staff member suggested this might be because my medical history hadn't been fully transferred as a new patient to the practice. I felt my account was not believed, which was disappointing. The overall handling of my concern left me frustrated. I have decided to seek alternative care through urgent services instead. I do not intend to return to this practice.
