Pharmacy Error Leads to Frustrating Customer Experience

Yesterday, my mother came home after receiving a prescription for antibiotics along with pain relief medication due to her condition. Unfortunately, one of the slips from the pharmacy got lost. To address this issue regarding the antibiotics, I visited the surgery to report it. However, I was met with an unpleasant attitude from the receptionist. She then called over another staff member who instructed us to call back at six o'clock for a resolution. When I did call at that time, I encountered yet again the same unfriendly demeanor from another lady who told me to try again tomorrow. Today we made another attempt and almost faced further frustration before insisting on securing a doctor's appointment since she is experiencing considerable pain after leaving the hospital and urgently requires her medications.
