Pharmacy nightmare destroying my life with negligence

This establishment has practically destroyed my existence. I'm Richard Crosbie, a local resident of Terrington. I suffer from severe seizures and rely on sodium valproate for control, but for the past 5-6 weeks, my medication has been unavailable. Every Monday, I've collected my prescription electronically, but suddenly it stopped. When I inquired, they accused me of lying about my usual pickup day, claiming I've always collected on Tuesdays - which is completely false. The pharmacy staff who have served me for years can confirm my Monday routine. Here I am on another Tuesday, still without my sodium. My other controlled medications are processed, so why not this critical medication that prevents potentially life-threatening seizures? They'll distribute tramadol and xenidate freely, but withhold the tiny tablet that prevents my medical emergencies. I've experienced another seizure this morning. I'm utterly exhausted from falling, fitting, and repeatedly injuring myself. I'm tired of ending up in Kings Lynn QE hospital, wasting medical resources because the surgery refuses to do their job. When I ask about my medication, their response is callously, "that's not our problem." The doctor has even labeled me a drug addict because I collect weekly - a schedule determined by my neurobiologist during extensive treatment trials. I've reached my breaking point. I'm documenting everything and will expose this negligence across every possible media platform. Perhaps public awareness will prevent such treatment of patients. My situation is devastating. My 4-year-old daughter is terrified of me. I'm unable to safely care for her, bath her, drive her, or even walk her down the path due to unpredictable seizures. My partner must constantly supervise me. I've desperately begged for this medication - not just for myself, but for my daughter, so she doesn't have to witness her father seizing, biting his face, creating wounds in his forehead and jaw. Ultimately, you simply do not care. You'll collect your paycheck regardless of the harm caused. I will pursue legal action and challenge this surgery through every possible court. It's time the Terrington St. John surgery stops destroying lives.
