Pharmacy staff undermined by one unhelpful interaction

The medical professionals and team members are typically very pleasant and welcoming. Unfortunately, this positive experience was diminished by an interaction with someone at the pharmacy counter. I felt criticised regarding a prescription collection matter, despite this person having no knowledge of my personal situation. Balancing full-time employment with caring responsibilities and managing several prescriptions is demanding, and this encounter left me feeling upset. It was particularly disappointing given that the practice promotes an anti-bullying stance, yet I felt I had to endure this negative interaction.
