Pharmacy's broken system left me frustrated

The online prescription and appointment system has completely fallen apart without any explanation or alternative solution. They've reverted to requesting faxes, which feels like a ridiculous throwback to decades ago - who even owns a fax machine nowadays? Their refusal to accept email communications is baffling. Throughout this ongoing situation, the reception staff have been unhelpful and dismissive, responding to my inquiries with curt, inconsistent responses that provide no clarity or reassurance. Their answers have been frustratingly brief and contradictory, leaving patients like myself feeling abandoned and uncertain. If not for Swan Pharmacy's support during this challenging period, I would have been unable to access critical pain medication. This medical practice is demonstrating a significant regression in patient services, showing a complete lack of concern for patient needs and making minimal effort to support those who depend on them.
