Phone appointment missed physical health checks entirely

I attended multiple appointments regarding my child's feeding difficulties and digestive issues. The clinical team attributed these to normal developmental factors rather than investigating further. When my child developed eye inflammation, it took several visits before a sample was taken for testing, as the initial assessment suggested this was a natural developmental process. I was concerned about the potential serious complications that can arise from untreated eye infections. My own postnatal check-up was conducted by telephone without any physical examination, and the focus was primarily on mental health support through medication rather than addressing my overall wellbeing. Based on my experience, I would encourage prospective patients to carefully consider whether this practice meets their needs. I felt the care provided was inadequate and lacked thoroughness.
